Simply ask your higher self to give you what a YES feels like in your body, then ask them to give you what a NO feels like (which is often just no reaction at all) and then explore the list while staying aware for your YES. Always remember that there are systems out there we have no knowledge of on Earth. If you don't get a YES, then it's highly likely you're from somewhere we have not discovered.
