Tonight I’m catching a plane home after 4 weeks of living like a local in Bali.
I know I won’t sleep much, so I’ll probably arrive home tired and a bit spaced out… and honestly, I’m not even sure if what I’m feeling is excitement or sadness. Probably a mix of both. I’ll miss this place. Working by the pool each morning, chatting to people, the ease of daily life. It’s been such a good experience, and it’s shown me more clearly the kind of life I’d love to be living, and what I need to change once I’m home. One thing that’s really landed for me is how important connection and being out in the world are. So when I get back, I’m making a point of being more social and getting myself out of the house, maybe that even means finding a few new coffee shops where I can work in the mornings. Now I’d love to hear from you. How is/was your weekend? And looking back on the past week, what have you learned about your life? 💜

I hear you, that would be bliss working from the laptop near the pool. I think some local coffee shops is a great idea, I have had a very busy weekend, with markets and have also changed things up, after a bad experience at a market on Saturday - big market too and due to site position we were in, very poor result. Money back but not the point. Changing things up next year, less market and very choosy which ones I do, more time during the week getting out and doing local gyms etc, Sometimes something shitty has to happen to make you reflect and change
What Gives You Energy?
We always talk about what drains us, the stress, the people, the routines that wear us down. But let’s flip it today. What gives you energy? What’s one thing that instantly lifts your mood or grounds you when life gets messy? It might be something simple, time in nature, dancing in your kitchen, laughing with a friend, or getting lost in a hobby. Those little moments remind us who we are underneath all the noise. Your turn, what fills your cup?

Time in nature, good walk, listening to some good music gives me energy
How are you feeling or where’s your energy today?
Where’s your energy sitting today — calm, chaotic, or somewhere in between?

@Lorene Roberts still need to tackle that one.
It’s Saturday — the perfect day to do something just for you!
What’s on your “me time” list today? Maybe it was a sleep-in, a walk in nature, brunch with friends, or doing absolutely nothing (which totally counts!). Tell us below, how are you filling your cup this weekend?

I went on a 11km bushwalk to the rugged west coast of Tasmania
What’s one small joy that made you smile this week?
It could be a coffee in the sun, a funny moment, or even just a favourite song. Let’s celebrate the little wins together!
