Today I received Reta 10 and KPV 10!! Any pro tips on dosage and best time to pin?

KPV can be from .50 to 2ml’s taken everyday until symptoms resolve. I started KPV today and started with the .50. I will increase as needed and tolerated. So far so good. Also, you want to pin in a muscle ie. Glute, thigh, arm.

@Rochelle Robinson yes! I used a 5/8” which worked fine, but typical is 1”. They also say to use a thicker gauge. I had 5/8” with a 25 gauge. It hurt for a minute but I use my heating pad over some of the ones that really bite. My glutathione hurt more today than normal. Pain receptors vary on some people and I am more sensitive on the left side of my body. I have been dealing with some major nerve pain from breaking my arm and I did the KPV and could actually tell a difference in my pain after physical therapy.
Beginner Help
Hi I am Hmarie on TT, as you probably seen I am starting Reta today, I want to start .25 2xs a week, I want to start slow. My question is where would that be on the syringe? Am I looking at it wrong possibly. Or should I start something else what are your thoughts I did read that .25 2xs a week was good.

This will show you on the syringe what that dosage would be.

This is just one chapter of my life, not the whole story. Started at 275, down 100 lbs. Sixty three never felt so good!
