Found a really interesting business for sale in the medical space. 💉
The market: Outpatient vein & aesthetics clinic It’s a profitable vascular treatment center with strong margins and loyal patients. Here’s the scoop: Vein issues, spider veins, and aesthetics treatments are not going anywhere. This clinic has been running for 20 years. It’s known, trusted, and stable. But the surprising part? The surgeon works only 2 days a week. Think about that: The clinic did 614 procedures last year… With the doctor only working part-time. That’s almost 12 per week. And it generated: • $1.25M in revenue • $431K in SDE • Asking: $1.1M Good multiple for healthcare. Patients don’t come because they want to. They come because they need help. Vascular issues, varicose veins, lymphedema — all require medical intervention. Once they start treatment, they stay. And many return for aesthetics: → Botox → Fillers → Hormone therapy That’s recurring, high-margin revenue. So why hasn’t a bigger player snapped this up? Because it’s still founder-led. One surgeon doing most of the work. The team is solid, but no growth engine in place. The opportunity? • Add another provider • Open full 5 days/week • Run ads to fill unused hours • Cross-sell cash-pay services Clinic has 10 full-time employees. Most have been there for years. Low turnover = smooth operations The staff handles everything from front desk to assisting in surgeries. And the space? • 3,400+ sq ft office • Recently renovated • $9.2K/mo lease — a bit high, but flexible • Lease ends Jan 2027 — could negotiate This is the type of deal that’s not for everyone. You need to be an MD, DO, or NP to operate it. But if you’re in healthcare — or doing a roll-up — this could be a gem. Why? • High margins • Loyal patients • Essential services • SBA pre-approved • Seller financing offered • Seller willing to train What I’d do: Step 1: Acquire this clinic Step 2: Hire/add another provider Step 3: Expand hours & procedures Step 4: Push marketing for both medical & aesthetic sides Step 5: Systematize & maybe add telemed follow-ups
