Since this community was built by David as a place to slow down, I thought it would be fun to start a thread where we trade ideas and inspiration. Share your favorite ways to relax and unwind! I would love for everyone to jump in and add their own rituals, hobbies, and little joys. In my home, I find it very important to have a relaxing atmosphere. I love to play classical music. It just makes everything feel so peaceful! Every morning I open up the window shades to let all of the sunlight into our home and create a bright and uplifting atmosphere. I love to add to the relaxing atmosphere by blending essential oils fragrance and diffusing them throughout the house. Pink grapefruit, red mandarin, and pink lotus are my most uplifting favorites. The whole place ends up smelling like a luxury hotel, and it genuinely boosts my mood ✨🥰✨ If you also enjoy scent mixing, or even candles, please share what you love! Another ritual I treasure is making jewelry. Creating sparkly, beautiful pieces with my hands feels deeply satisfying and life affirming.
