Quicksilver Just Got More Interesting?
Some Quicksilver cardholders are reporting a pretty meaningful update. The card may be moving from a basic 1.5% cashback setup into something much more usable for everyday spend. What people are seeing so far: • 3% unlimited cashback on groceries • 3% unlimited cashback on gas • 1.5% on everything else On the surface, that is a real upgrade. For someone who kept Quicksilver sitting in a drawer, this suddenly makes it look relevant again. Groceries and gas are big categories for a lot of people, so this could outperform a plain 2% card depending on how you spend. But the bigger story is not just the rewards. The more important detail is that Quicksilver appears to be moving onto the Discover network instead of Mastercard. That matters because Capital One is in the process of absorbing Discover, which means they can route transactions through their own network and keep more economics in-house. That likely helps explain why the rewards got better. Why this matters for Cloud Residents: If you live mostly in the US and want a simple everyday card, this could be a solid upgrade. But if you travel often, live outside the US part of the year, or care about smoother international acceptance, this may not feel like a win at all. Possible tradeoff: • better rewards on daily spend • simpler one-card setup • but weaker acceptance in most international situations For ITIN holders and non-US residents, that last part is the real question. A card can look better on paper and still become less useful in real life if acceptance gets weaker once you leave the US. Bigger picture: If this change keeps rolling out, it may be a sign Capital One is reshaping more of its lineup, especially where Quicksilver now starts overlapping more with Savor. Bottom line: If your spending is mostly US groceries and gas, this looks like a nice upgrade. If you want a reliable travel card or a card you can count on internationally, I would look at this much more carefully. See you in comments,

Solid upgrade for those residing in the States.
United Club Infinite card approved and delivered in 6 days
Applied online last Monday after finding out Chase branch employees don't even know this card exists. Approved instantly for $20,500. I fly UA frequently and already have status, so the lounge access alone justified it for me. I actually went to a Chase branch for this. They couldn't pull it up in their system when I asked, so I ended up applying directly through Chase's app. If you're a regular UA flyer and want lounge access, this card is worth looking into.

Paystubs are live, direct deposits next
StubSign is now live. A few weeks ago I mentioned the Direct Deposit and Paystubs section was coming to the Classroom. Today the paystub side is ready. The tool is called StubSign. If you are already Premium and Level 4, you can go set up your account and start using it now. What StubSign does If you own a US LLC/Business and pay yourself, you need proper income documentation. Not a spreadsheet. Not a transfer screenshot. Not something you have to explain. StubSign gives you earning statements tied to your LLC, with pay periods, gross pay, net pay, employer info, and pay history. Why this matters When someone asks for proof of income, it helps to have something structured and consistent that matches your banking statements and earnings. Of course, every bank, landlord, or issuer has its own review process and may ask for additional documents, but this gives you a much cleaner starting point. How this fits with direct deposits The paystub side is now live. The direct deposit side is separate. StubSign handles the documentation, your earning statements, pay history, and proof of income. The actual direct deposit methods and step-by-step guides are being added in the Classroom. One gives you the record. The other moves the money. They work together. Who has access right now • Premium members with Level 4 and above If that is you, go to stubsign.com and sign up using the same email linked to your Skool account. If you are not Level 4 yet, stay active in the community. Post, comment, ask questions, and check the leaderboard. Why I pushed this A lot of people have the same problem: they have a US LLC, they are making money, but they do not have a clean way to document income properly. This probably solves that part. StubSign is live now, and more is coming next. If you try it, drop feedback in the comments. See you in comments, Ain - Cloud Resident.

Chase Freedom Unlimited Nova (UK/Canada)
New ITIN issued Feb (arrived March) Amex GT Hilton Mid March - bill not produced yet Chase opened bank account in person earlier this week, deposited $1K Today applied for freedom unlimited via the app I ticked the international box (didn’t ask me for any UK details tho) approved immediately $500 (in 4 clicks) $250 cashback wys $500 - paid in UR I think a chase relationship helps if not it’ll go into full verification - anyone who does this add your data points below Going to spend a couple of hundred $ whilst in US, and then make up to $500 when home then put a small subscription on to keep live Some questions: Bank - I missed out on the $400 bonus, as didn’t signup to get a coupon code, can my banker go in and add it? When do you think I can apply for a boundless or sapphire? Will it be a problem if I don’t activate my physical card for 6 weeks? Thanks

Congrats
Apple Card approved with ITIN - finally worked
After some back and forth, I finally got approved for the Apple Card with my ITIN. Instant approval for $3000, and they didn’t ask me for ID verification or any extra documents. For data points, I used Tello roaming data, set my device region to United State , and matched the time zone as well as @Ain - Cloud Resident recommended. My credit history is already over 7 years old, so maybe that helped too. Just sharing in case anyone else was dealing with the same Apple Card ITIN issue.
