If your project has been sat in its bag since the weather turned warm, it hasn't taken it personally. Wool is very forgiving like that. 🧶 Go and dig it out. Have a look at where you left off. You don't have to work a single stitch if you don't fancy it, though you probably will once it's in your hands. What's the project you keep meaning to get back to?

Started this blanket today what do you think of the colours?

My best friend is trying to knit a fisherman’s knit sweater but she is stuck on the shape neck part. Is it safe to post that pattern here to see if someone can guide me as to how she proceeds with her project. I only posted one page of the pattern.

Okay, this is gonna be a bit of a long one - updates, etc xx Yay, we are finished for the summer here. Anyone else? My kids are so ready for a break, don't get me wrong they do love school but they are all neurospicy and need time to themselves now. Not to mention the adults haha, me and the hubby are so ready for 6 weeks of no school runs, and the hubby is now off too. So what does this mean? It means I have A LOT of work to do haha for my MA, which is all due in on the 27th August EEEKK, so hopefully it also means new patterns being put into the classroom here too, as they will be getting finished off woohoo. One thing I wanted to do was just say HELLO to the newbies that have joined us recently x Welcome, please, just get stuck in; this is your space. Post, share, rant - we are all here to support each other in our crafty and life endeavours ❤️ Also on that note, I wanted to say please don't ever feel like you need to apologise for not showing up and then popping in. This is what this space is for. It is an open door to come, feel safe, share your makes, chat, make friends xx. Please come and go whenever you like xxx My input may be a little sporadic over the coming months; we have had some bad news in our family recently, and I am not sure what it will mean or how it will affect my time at the moment, BUT I am still here. I love having this community, and I will show up whenever I can. I also, as mentioned, am coming to the end of my MA, which is equally exciting and terrifying. My MA was the reason I set this place up, and boy, I am so pleased I did. So it certainly won't be going anywhere after I am finished. This is just the beginning - I have some big plans. I just need some time and headspace to create them - so do watch this space. So thats me - whats going on in your worlds?
