Tomorrow's 7:30am Kundalini Klub session is for anyone who feels like they've been carrying too much, it's a great kriya to bring you back into balance when things feel overwhelming. If you're moving through a season of change - that in between phase can feel exciting one day and quite a lot the next. Kundalini really helps with creating space within the mind and body. Tomorrow's practice is designed to help you: โจ Strengthen your nervous system โจ Increase your energy and vitality โจ Create more space in your breath and body โจ Feel calmer and more grounded โจ Build resilience for times of change โจ Reconnect with yourself beneath the noise and expectations For years, I became an expert at choosing everyone else. My own reinvention began when I started choosing myself. Not in huge dramatic ways. In small daily moments, in my practice. Showing up for myself.
