These are some weird worms. Any ideas? These look like bird poo but it is a disguise.🥸

I found a milkweed plant in one of my flower beds. I previously had 2 different kinds but neither survived the heat last summer. While we were outside earlier a hummingbird flew through the porch area. My husband saw it. I love being outside and can’t wait for cooler temps. The lower 80’s at the end of this week can’t arrive soon enough 😁
