Hello Anna & SolJoy community! My name is JudyG from SWFlorida. Currently in Costa del Sol Spain on some much needed R&R after a whirlwind of May events: Mothers Day, my Birthday, Grandbaby’s 3rd bday and my much anticipated Wedding of my daughter, which I must say was the most beautiful magical wedding in Olympic National Park. She planned it herself! So proud of her! I’m currently in the process of completing my qigong instructor training course. It is a vision I had since 2017 and finally coming fruition. I found you on my FB page and saw your photo and said to myself, Hey I know her! I remember doing a training on line (Get Bright?) and remembered your magnetic energy! Happy to be here and look forward to be part of this community😃💫
How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? It’s a challenge for me to clear my mind with so much chatter. I get into my qigong and focus on breath, then my mind wanders….
