My goals will be around self care and restoration. I'm going to organise three shelves that I've been wanting to get to (I have started this and am 1/2 way through. I'm going to take my novel to bed and have an afternoon rest today and for the following two days. I'm going to do yoga Nidra x2 back to back for 3 days.
Day 3 Vitality Challenge Actions
LOVE seeing all the results you are all creating in doing the challenge! Day 3 Challenge: 1. Practice 1 Minute Exercises 3x today, every hour (or paired with habit if that's working!) focused on your Dahnjon (DJ), including at least 1 minute of sleeping tiger. >>>> For those ready, stack your 1 Minutes doing 2-3 min in a row! 2. COMMENT BELOW: Done! When doing Sleeping Tiger, I learned receiving energy was X. The 1 Minute exercises I will do/did 3x today (ideally every hour) is X. 3. Comment on 2 other posts of fellow members Friday we vote for the participants with the most contributions (liking/commenting others) to others that factors into winning the Grand Prize. Ok writing in for yesterdays Done actions . 3x 3 min push-ups focusing on DJ and sleeping tiger. I love this focusing on the DJ. I found the sleeping tiger really Centro g and when doing the push-ups , while i focused on the DJ I noticed that at one point I was distracted by something my son was doing so my attention went from my DJ . At that point , I felt like stopping , but because I was aware of it I brought my attention back to the DJ and concluded that the focus on my DJ was linked to my willpower. The experience of this was good ( the growth, but by bit of becoming more centred in my body awareness and its helpfulness ).

The 1 Minute exercise I will do 3x today by [pairing with habit/interval timer every hour] focused on my DJ is ______.” 3. Done ✅ pushups x3 focusing on my DJ. I like this , I was looking forward to each session and as Lao it helped me focus about what I was going y to o do in between each hour. The focusing on DJ , which I’ve been doing for a while now from other exercises you have given us Anna , is growing stronger, or the awareness of it rather. I like this gradual strengthening of awareness in this area. Thank you Anna !

Day 1 Done ✅ starting late but here! Push ups 16, squats 26, plank I minute no rest . X3 by the evening Push ups 26, squats 36, and 1 minute plank. I paired it with cleaning my teeth. I learnt about myself that my strength can build . ( Especially if I have a little power day nap if I need it ( which I did in the afternoon). The first squats were 4/5 hard but by the evening 2/5 hard. I was not going as deep though in the evening. I also have just finished 3 hard things today and so the physical things became easier after the other things I completed.
