I truly believe that when I get dents really small they decide to play games and move away from my rod tip!! I swear it seems my placement is all around these little suckers and I can’t zero in. It’s coming up on my first anniversary. May 20th will be one year since I decided to learn PDR. I never thought how hard it would be but I love it so much!!

Question, do you usually push with all those lights on? I would try to just use one middle light on only. You’d be surprise how much more your can see the dent and your tip
Tools for beginners recommendations?
What would be some tools to first buy when beginning? I have a light and a starter glue pulling set. Hammers? Rods?

I started with the Dentcraft pro set, if you’re seriously interested in PDR, I think it’s the best set out there $$$ wise and has everything you need to work every panel or dent. https://www.dentcrafttools.com/tool-sets/pro-set-63pc.html This kit will go a long way and start paying itself back easy. If you on a budget, A1, Dentcraft, Ultra, Blem Tools have smaller kits with the essentials to start learning also.
