Thanks for this tip. I joined the San Francisco one and I’ll be getting a lot of good courses and seminars. One of them will be a whole day of probate, regular price $500 and I’ll get it for free since I joined that section. I paid less than $100 total for joining half of the year and the probate section. I also got my certification as real estate agent Probate and Trust specialist
