Where I’m From: I’m originally from Israel and currently active in the Dubai real estate market, focusing on luxury residential properties — especially off-plan developments and high-potential waterfront projects. Experience Level: I’m still new on the investment side, but I’ve been involved in the industry for around 2 years, working as a broker. I’ve helped international clients — mainly from Israel, London, and the U.S. — find strategic investment opportunities in Dubai. Favourite Exit Strategy: Right now, I’m leaning toward buy & hold and short-term rentals (STR) in prime areas, especially given the consistent demand from tourists and expats in Dubai.
