Where I’m From:
I’m originally from Israel and currently active in the Dubai real estate market, focusing on luxury residential properties — especially off-plan developments and high-potential waterfront projects.
Experience Level:
I’m still new on the investment side, but I’ve been involved in the industry for around 2 years, working as a broker. I’ve helped international clients — mainly from Israel, London, and the U.S. — find strategic investment opportunities in Dubai.
Favourite Exit Strategy:
Right now, I’m leaning toward buy & hold and short-term rentals (STR) in prime areas, especially given the consistent demand from tourists and expats in Dubai.
What’s Been Holding Me Back?
Mainly building my personal investment capital and finding strong, long-term collaborators to partner with on the right deals. That’s why I’m excited to be here — to connect, learn, and grow together with serious investors.
