A reflection about reality
We are all energy. For a fact 😆, we are all energy. We can take a rock in our hands, and we usually say this is a rock, or this is a stone, but we rarely think beyond that. You see, names are only definitions that We use to describe our perception of objects and living beings inside our reality, and that's it. But a rock is not only a cold and hard object. A rock is the combination of different kind of atoms and molecules sometimes, even with tiny particles of metals or not, depends. But wait, a tree is also made of molecules and metals, so as the clouds, made of tiny water particles, or earth, or glass, or us, human beings. And far beyond that, every atom is made of three principal components, electrons, protons and neutrons. So yes, we are all electrons, protons and neutrons, but that's not it, for each of those subatomic particles is made of quarks. And I like the theory of strings myself, where also every quark, those little energy particles that form our entire universe, are made of more little energy strings that exist in every dimension of space. Those strings are in constant vibration, emitting a frequency that exists in every object, for that vibration makes quarks, and quarks make subatomic particles depending on how they position, and subatomic particles make atoms, and atoms make molecules, and we are all made of atoms and molecules 😆. So yes!! The tiny water drops, the big trees of an ancient forest, your favorite pet, the sky, the clouds, the stars, we are all made of the same things and we are all at constant vibration. Everything is Energy. And We are also energy, We are the universe appreciating itself from a conscious mind. So in reality, We need words to give sense to our daily basis, but never forget, We are all part of the same universe, and the universe is made of the same particles!! We are individuals, yes, but we are also part of the everything, and we are the everything itself, never forget it, more on that in future posts. So the next time you grab a rock in your hands or take a walk through the forest, always remember, you have more in common with your surroundings than you will ever think. Thank you so much for reading. 💝

@Charlotte Basten It surely is a beautiful experience going there in NZ 😆. And yes, in the end, everything We are is just stardust, and I consider it amazing

@Violet Ravyn Rose Thanks a million to you for such kind words 😆. And yes, indeed, We are all just Stardust. There are another three posts I made about this topic, maybe you would like to read them as well. And thanks for taking the time for reading and commenting your impressions and experiences, that means a lot to me. Oh btw, I also love hugging trees myself 😂😂
A reflection about reality part 4
Hello everyone 😆. Yesterday I wrote a post about reality and our minds, and I mentioned the Silva method, more on that in this post. Firstly if you've never seen my posts before, I want you to know that my name is Joshua, I'm a 22 years old Cuban boy who's on his journey through life and self discovery. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, it means a lot ❤️. Now, back to the point, the Silva method was designed by Jose Silva, a mexican man who lived in United States, and it is, basically, guided meditation with purpose. You see, when we meditate, almost everything we want to do is reaching illumination, but what does that means?? Illumination is not only being in peace with yourself and aware of the present moment and your surroundings. As I see it, illumination is also being connected with yourself and with the higher realms in the tree of life. Is letting go the illusion of self, to embrace the truth of the everything. You may ask, what is that? I know I've mentioned the concept before, is the observer, the presence inside every conscious mind. There are a lot of philosophies that mention this one way or the other. The Christians talk about the body being the sacred temple of god, the taoists talk about the flow of energy that is omnipresent, the atman talks about all the minds being connected as well. In the Silva method, he mentions the two concepts, the flow of energy and the power of mind, and there is more, the Kabbalah. So, the Silva method stands that if we are going to meditate, we should also use that connected state of mind, called Alfa, to project our desires or changes that we want in our life, as if they were the actual reality, and really believe in them. That is giving purpose to meditation, and meditation can heal. In the Silva method are several techniques included to heal ourselves and also to heal other people, at any corner of the world, if your mind is strong enough. You can also project yourself, inside objects, inside living beings, inside human beings even, and through the help of advisers and deep meditation, heal, and change. I deeply recommend you all to read his book, called The Silva Method of Mind Control.

@Darci Smith Thank you so much for reading them. I love that you enjoyed and appreciated my words. I'm currently investigating the tree of life and trying to find connections between that and the idea of chakras. I hope to post again soon about this experience, We'll see

@Darci Smith That is a really interesting and also powerful technique indeed. When I say the tree of life, I mean the Kabbalian one, not Yggdrasil, though there are a lot of similarities between them. Nevertheless we all came from the earth, and to earth we should and shall return. We need to live connected, and that image you use, I called a powerful image because of that, it creates a connection that should have never been lost. And there is a map as well that positions each sefirot in the human body, though I still need to investigate further
24 hours of silence and stillness
Since arriving in bali 2 weeks ago there has been lots moving. not only in my own field but also in the collective field. tomorrow in bali is nyepi. 24hours of silence. the whole island, pauses and stillness ripples across the island. I felt a mix of things when I learnt that we basically have to remain within the premisses of where we are staying for a whole day, no one is allowed to leave and be out in public, all shops are closed. even the airport. I observed feelings of apprehension and fear coming up- like ok what am I meant to do for a whole day with everything closed, possibly no power, no ability to consume and uncertainty of the unknown. but truthfully there is so much beauty in it snd is see that. its an invitation to cultivate my own stillness. to meditate deeply, journal intentionally and quite my own noise. to reflect and just be. in the stillness and in the silence. the more I lean into the curiosity and playful approach rather than the what the f*** am I going to do energy- the more I can see how having a whole day with no electronics, no external noise and just a book, a journal and myself is actually such an incredible blessing. how amazing to be able to experience a place in complete stillness, within a world where there is so much external noise happening constantly, everywhere. I would love to hear how some of you cultivate your own stillness and silence?

Well in my personal case I like to spend time with myself. I ask myself questions and evaluate my own answers and my own thoughts from a neutral perspective, being always aware. I like to connect with nature, like walking barefoot in the grass in the middle of the forest, feeling the humidity and the air in my body, or going to the beach. I also like to sit in silence and loneliness, only with the company of a good book. And I also enjoy having deep meaningful conversations with my friends, those conversations that makes you question your everything
A reflection about reality part 3
Hello everyone!! If you're reading this, I hope you are doing great. Earlier this day I published a post about reality, and I gave an advice about how perspective can change everything. More on that in this post. Firstly, if you've never read any of my posts I want you to know that my name is Joshua, I'm a 22 years old Cuban boy who's on his journey through life, and I really appreciate that you're taking your time to read this because maybe my words resonate deeply in you, or maybe you have your own ideas that you can share in the comments below, so that we both get to learn something new 😆. With that being said, let's get to the point: I've been thinking a lot about reality and perception lately, and I got to the conclusion that, actually, reality is not static. You see, everything we see, or smell, gets coded as electric impulses and then decoded again in our brains. So what we truly see or smell, is not what is really there, but our interpretation of that something, formed with the impulse of the moment and our experiences through life, and we collectively accept that as the absolute reality, but remember, everything is relative. A quick example on this would be: cows don't perceive the grass green. So reality is perception, and there's more on this, meditation. Through meditation, our brain's frequency lowers down to a state of calm, called Alfa, the same state we enter when we are sleeping. That is the reason meditation actually heals our bodies, because during sleep time, our bodies also heal. But there's something curious here, our brain can't properly distinguish between an image that's imagined and other that's perceived, for him, both are real, even if you know one of them is not. So if you use this hack properly, you can get to cheat your brain on to believing that something is actually real even when it's not, and the universe listens, because we are the universe, we are God. And guess what, there's actually a technique to do this, and this technique explains strange phenomenons that some people have experienced as well, and is called Silva Method. More on this method and on our brains and mind in future posts.

@Darci Smith It is indeed. We are 3dimensional creatures that percieve the world, actually, in 2d, but our brain is able to see and therefore understand 3d shapes. But think about the ants, they are 2dimensional creatures that see the world in one dimension. They cannot understand 3 dimensional shapes, only they two dimensional "shadows" so to say. Neil DeGrasse Tyson (I don't know if it's written this way) has a really interesting video about this.
Music for my Meditations and Affirmations for Youtube
Hi everyone, I need a little help. I’d like to create some affirmations for my community and upload them to YouTube. Do any of you know where I can download some nice background music for this? YouTube often doesn’t let me upload music because of copyright issues. Does anyone happen to know where I can find suitable music that I can actually upload to YouTube? Thanks in advance for your help!

Use YouTube itself. Try searching for copywrite free music. I would try copywrite free meditation music or copywrite free peaceful music or even copywrite free peaceful Celtic music. There are some channels at YouTube that base their work on uploading copywrite free music for other creators. Hope this helps!!

@Seherzada Zolic Using SnapTube if you're working with your cellphone, or use JDownloader 2 if you work with your laptop or PC. Both of them are good solutions that let you download videos from YouTube and other platforms in video or audio
