I would create a hybrid learning environment where information can be consumed digitally and one’s own pace without the time wasting setup of the classroom. Then couple that with in person practical application where you work on you own business or help others with their business so that it is real application that you are highly motivated to perform. I can’t believe how much time was waisted in the completion of my Doctorate degree. I feel like if you removed the fluff it could have been completed in half the time with double the effectiveness. But if a school tried that it would likely be viewed as being worth less (really worth more as speed is king in getting to the real world and learning with boots on the ground) because we all are used to a doctorate taking x number of years.

Sometimes it is the frustration you live that drives you to make the change. 15 years in the clinic not be able to provide the care I wanted drive me here. Now I hope that not only can I provide better care but also help other clinicians have similar opportunities.
