Anyone have experience with Cmhc? I’m closing a 6 unit in Montreal with 50 points for energy at their MLI select program. I got a quote for an 85% loan at 4.39%, and 40 year amortization. The only part I’m unclear about is the insurance. How much will that be, and how much will that add to my monthly payment? Does it come out of pocket, or added on to the loan?
