Any tax tips that the folks in this group would like to share? I’m wondering if it’s worth claiming driving to my rentals i.e gas and Kms. If you have tax tips that we use in real estate please feel free to share!

Does anyone have interest in JV's or purchases on Saskatchewan or Manitoba MLI projects (8 unit). There is an interesting opportunity I've been able to put together that has utilized grants from municipalities and utility companies for infill projects that have made us successful so far on the first 2 infills that we've done and I'd like to keep going if there's interest that doesn't saturate the market.
