@Shea Hammond I train JuJitsu primarily with Savate on the side mate. Savate does have grappling in the self defence syllabus. Basically like catch wrestling with a bit more techniques added.

@Shea Hammond I’ve barely trained BJJ since moving to traditional JuJitsu. I do No GI sessions occasionally. There is catch wrestling gym in Coatbridge maybe 2 hours from me. Never considered it until recently.

Hello
Thanks for adding me. I live in Fife Scotland and I’ve been involved with martial arts and combat sports for over 20 years now. I’ve dabbled in various different styles but my main disciplines consist of JuJitsu (Japanese nage-waza) and Savate (French boxing). I am an avid weightlifter as well. My training consists mainly of Powerlifting and Olympic lifting techniques through the St Andrews University. Helped me build up my strength and explosive power. Over a 2 year period I went through a major body transformation and gained around 40kg (88lbs) in mass across my whole body. Currently 95kg roughly but I’m leaning out gradually. Peaked at 107kg (236lbs) standing at 5’10 (1.78m). Been training out of Braveheart MMA in Kirkcaldy for the last year and a half under Stevie Ray of the PFL and UFC. Hope to hear from you all soon 🥊🥋🤼‍♂️🏋️
