I've been coaching and competing in Muay Thai for over 20 years. The one thing I wish I had focused on earlier? Recovery and movement. I spent years going hard and paid for it with injuries that slowed me down. My name is Joshua easterling I am 37 years old. I was a competitive MMA fighter with a three and one pro record as an amateur I competed in four kickboxing matches and went three and one and I am now looking to get back into the game. I've taken four to five years off from competition. At the moment I'm working on getting my body back into fight shape and I really want to work on my conditioning. I've always been tough but now I want to be able to focus on my technique and really implement a game plan instead of going out there and reacting.
