Welcome
Welcome to the Smart Fighter System! πŸ‘Š I'm glad you're here. This community is for Muay Thai fighters at every level - from your first session to your first fight. Whether you're just starting out or you've been training for years, you belong here. Here's how to get started: ────────────────────── STEP 1: Watch the Welcome Video ────────────────────── Head to the Classroom and start there. It walks you through the system, how it's structured, and how to get the most out of your membership. ────────────────────── STEP 2: Explore the Classroom ────────────────────── Inside you'll find a full training system covering strength, conditioning, mobility and technique - built from 20+ years of real corners, real fights, and real injuries. No random workouts. No guesswork. Just a clear path forward. ────────────────────── STEP 3: Jump into the Community ────────────────────── This is where the real work happens. Ask questions, share your training, support each other. Do one thing right now: drop a comment below and introduce yourself. ────────────────────── STEP 4: Check Your Options ────────────────────── You're on the Free tier - and there's already plenty to explore. When you're ready to go deeper: Premium - Full system + weekly programming VIP - Everything + direct access to me No pressure. Start where you are. skool.com/muay-thai-academy-9091/about ────────────────────── INTRODUCE YOURSELF ────────────────────── Tell us in the comments: How long have you been training Muay Thai - and what is the ONE thing you most want to improve right now? ────────────────────── I'll go first: ────────────────────── I'm Ville. I've been coaching and competing in Muay Thai for over 20 years. The one thing I wish I had focused on earlier? Recovery and movement. I spent years going hard and paid for it with injuries that slowed me down. That's exactly why I built this system - to help fighters train consistently, stay healthy, and keep improving for the long haul.

@Asa Shamp ItΒ΄s good to have experience. That is what this community is all about. Nobody knows everything and IΒ΄m open to new approaches to things. Through the years of coaching and training I have noticed that it is good to keep an open mind :).

@Joshua Easterly you are in a right place :) I had 11 years break from the ring. And now IΒ΄m back in the game. So it is never too late. IΒ΄ve been working on this system to train smarter not harder and injury free. Because, when I got back in the game and started training with the young guns again I saw them making the same mistakes I used to do at the same age.
Morning routine added in the home workouts class room!
Hey guys go check out the morning routine. I highly encourage you to try it for two weeks and tell me how you feel. It only takes about 10 min of your day and it is very simple to do.

Thinking of starting Muay Thai at 61 but was told I’d have to do 7 mins of jump rope ! I honestly would love to be able to but at my age and shape I can’t do that right now ! Any thoughts

Hello David, long strory short. You can start but 7 min jumprope is a bit exessive :D. To conditon your calves and ankles, I would suggest to 3x20 reps of calf raises and same amount of toe raises to begin with. When you feel comfortable with those , I would start with the rope jumps. First no time element , try to do unbroken sets and work your way up to 100 reps.
New content
Hello, IΒ΄ve added one bag workout to hoe training classroom and athletic skill levels on that same classroom. Please tell me if the link to google sheets does not work :).

New Classrooms
Hello guys, we are planning new classrooms. Next up is home training. After that we were planning on going for recovering for injuries. If you have any topic you want to add / discuss please tell us. Also if you are suffering from an injury, please let us know, we can start our class room from there :).

We will address these both on the upcoming mobility/rehab course. I have helped a lot of athletes and ordinary people with back pain. This is a kind of big subject. I will to to get some back pain solving stuff done by the end of the week :).
