Hey Liam, would you be able to cover the best process for tracking Outreach and follow-ups? I’m doing SMS in GHL, a few emails here and there in gmail, and cold calls on my phone. Not sure whether to keep track of everything in GHL, google sheets, or a combo of both? @Liam Casey

@Liam Casey it’s for sellers. Ah I see thanks. Would I have to appeal every new seller campaign I set up? I’d worry they’d suspend my account if I had to get every new campaign rejected first. They already don’t like me lol

Thank you @Nathan Lilley. I appealed the campaign twice and 1 ad set got approved, while the other 2 (literally exactly the same) were rejected. I talked on the phone with FB support and they said that appraisal inquiries were added to the special housing category last month, so I can't run them anymore without selecting the special housing category and the one that got approved was a "glitch." lol idk what to believe! Do you focus mainly on buyer ads for US clients? Or is it a mix of buyer/seller campaigns?

@Isaac Vaubell Thanks Isaac. Yessir I chose Housing as the category. I had two other variations with the exact same copy that were approved, so I'm kinda scratching my head haha
