Upscaling and dpi
I’m in the process of trying to make posters. I’m a little bit confused about dpi and upscaling. At the moment I’m making posters on canva by creating a custom template of 84.1cm x118.9cm (which I think are the dimensions for A0) and putting the pixel size to the max on canva of 9,993 x 14,043. When I download these I’m pretty sure I get a 300 dpi. I’ve read the comments about using upscayl but I don’t think my laptop is good enough to download it on my desktop. Is my current method good enough? If not should I just list posters from A1-A5 and ignore A0?
Do dpi enhancers work?
Do dpi enhancers actually work? I’m new to all this and trying to make some posters but when I download as a jpg from canva it seems to be a low dpi. I use the free version of camva and also don’t have a great laptop so I’m not sure if this may be a reason for the low dpi.

I’ve got canva pro now. I’ve changed the dimensions to a0 and the pixel size to match this. I’m now getting the required dpi, but it is also meaning I’m getting very large files. One of them is 35 mb. Is there anything I can do to make these files smaller?
