I know you’ve seen new updates rolling out, and I wanted to make sure you’re up to speed while we keep things moving fast. 🔹 Key Updates & New Features 🔔 Global Notifications v1 – You’ll now receive notifications for: ✅ New messages ✅ Scheduled campaigns ✅ Deals assigned to you You can mark all as read now, and soon, you’ll be able to click directly into them for quick access. 📌 Pipeline Enhancements – A notification badge will soon appear on pipeline cards, showing unread messages and the most recent update at a glance. 📞 Call History & Transcriptions (Launching Tomorrow!) • Full call logs now available on contact cards. • Voicemail and call playback fully integrated. • Transcriptions for calls go live Thursday, Feb 20 at 9 AM PST! 🛠 Fixes & Improvements 🔹 Multi-Tab Calling Fix – No more disappearing modals when dragging call windows. 🔹 Validation for Twilio & Anthropic Keys – Prevents duplicate keys across dealerships. 🔹 Improved Document Uploads & Bug Fixes – Smoother experience overall. 🤖 AI-Powered Automation Upgrades 🛑 Auto-DNC Based on Sentiment • Our AI now reads the last six messages to analyze sentiment. • If a message is extremely negative (e.g., “F off”), the system automatically moves the contact to DNC and shuts off autopilot. 🚀 Next Up (Coming in the Next 48 Hours!) ✅ Handoff Stage Automation – AI will detect when an app is ready for human intervention and automatically stop autopilot. ✅ Additional pipeline notification updates. ✅ More enhancements to AI decision-making in conversations.
