This feels very important. For us men to come together in a sacred space and pour our hearts out together. I’ve been sick for the past few days due to carrying too much shit on my own. so I missed a pretty big part about the 10k blueprint, watching out for your shadow. I tried doing this off motivation alone last time and I made it about 3 days.... I was scared that I was going to fail or end up embarrassing myself. I also felt a lot of guilt because I used to smoke weed and cigarettes( in a destructive way, to each their own but it was bad for me) and that led me to thinking, How could i ever be a coach or roll model? I'm working with the chakras now so I can lay this stuff out in a way i understand it and start to work through where these feeling are coming from. The first chakra is blocked by fear and guilt so that's where I'm starting. I still have lots of work to do but I'm not going to get caught off guard this time!

I'm now 16 posts into building a faceless Instagram account with 6 followers(one of them being my other account lol). I'm going to stay consistent regardless... but should I be expecting consistent growth or dose it come in big waves? Am I doing something wrong or should I just keep going the way I am? And help or feedback would be appreciated! @growth_and_grit1111
