Sunday March 1, 2026 The God Who Waits for You Today’s Scripture 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” Today’s Reflection Have you ever grown impatient with God? Maybe you’ve prayed for years about a prodigal child, a broken marriage, a long-awaited breakthrough, or even the return of Christ Himself, and it feels like heaven is silent. Scoffers in Peter’s day mocked the same delay: “Where is the promise of his coming?” (2 Peter 3:4). Peter gives us the beautiful answer in today’s verse. God is not late. He is not forgetful. He is not powerless. He is longsuffering, literally “long-tempered.” Every extra day He waits is an act of mercy, not neglect. The same God who could end history in a moment chooses instead to hold back judgment because He does not want anyone to perish. His heart beats with a Father’s longing that every single person would turn to Him in repentance and be saved. Think about that for a moment: The delay you sometimes resent is actually proof of His love. The sunrise this morning was one more opportunity for someone to meet Jesus. The breath you just took is one more chance for you to draw closer to Him. Today’s Application Where in your life are you tempted to accuse God of being “slack”? Is there someone you’ve stopped praying for because it’s “taken too long”? Have you yourself been putting off full surrender, assuming you have more time? God’s patience is not permission to keep sinning, it is an invitation to come home today. Write down one promise of God you’ve been waiting on. Beside it, write today’s verse and declare out loud: “Lord, I trust Your timing because I trust Your heart.” Reach out to one person you know needs to hear about God’s patience and love, maybe the very one you’ve been praying for. Today’s Prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You that You are never late and never in a hurry. Forgive me for the times I have doubted Your goodness because things didn’t happen when I wanted them to. Thank You for Your longsuffering love that has kept the door of mercy open for me, and for every person still far from You.

March 3, 2026 Be Strong and Courageous Scripture: Joshua 1:9 (KJV) “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Today’s Reflection: In this powerful verse, God speaks directly to Joshua as he steps into leadership after Moses’ death, facing the daunting task of leading the Israelites into the Promised Land. But these words aren’t just for Joshua, they’re a timeless command and promise for all of us. God reminds us that courage isn’t the absence of fear; it’s moving forward despite it, rooted in His unchanging presence. Life throws uncertainties our way, job changes, health struggles, relational tensions, but we’re not alone. The Lord is with us “whithersoever thou goest,” meaning everywhere, every time. Today, let this truth anchor you: Your strength comes from Him, not your circumstances. Today’s Application: Identify one area in your life where fear or discouragement is holding you back. Write it down, then declare this verse over it. Take a small, bold step forward today, trusting in God’s companionship. Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for commanding me to be strong and courageous. Help me to release my fears and embrace Your presence in every moment. Guide my steps and fill me with Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

February 27, 2026 Scripture “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.” Ephesians 5:1 (KJV) Today’s Reflection You are not just a servant of God. You are not merely a distant follower. You are His dear child, tenderly loved, completely accepted, and invited to walk right in His footsteps. Picture a little child watching their father. They copy the way he walks, the sound of his voice, the kindness in his eyes. They don’t do it to earn his love, they do it because they already have it and they adore him. That is the beautiful heart of Ephesians 5:1. God is calling you today to follow Him, not to earn His favor, but because you already are His dear child. Follow His compassion when the driver cuts you off. Follow His patience when your coworker is rude. Follow His generosity when you’d rather hold on to what’s “yours.” Follow His holiness in the secret places only He sees. You carry His name. You carry His love in your heart. The world should look at your life and say, “That person reminds me of Jesus.” Today’s Application Choose one way to follow God today: • Speak kindly to the person who frustrates you most. • Forgive quickly and completely (the way your Father forgave you). • Show unexpected generosity, your time, your money, your attention, or your grace. Write it down or say it out loud: “Today I will follow my Father by ____________________.” Today’s Prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You that I am not a stranger but Your dear child. What an unspeakable honor it is to be called Yours. Fill me with Thy Holy Spirit today so that every word I speak, every choice I make, and every attitude I carry looks more like Thee than like me. Let my life be a living reflection of Thy love, Thy purity, and Thy goodness. I do not want to follow the world, I want to follow my perfect Father. In the name of Jesus, my Saviour and elder Brother, Amen.

Thursday - February 19, 2026 The Peaceable Fruit of Discipline Today’s Scripture: Hebrews 12:11 (KJV) “Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” Today’s Reflection: In this verse, the author of Hebrews reminds us that discipline from God isn’t meant to be easy or pleasant in the moment. Like a tough workout or a challenging life trial, it often feels painful and overwhelming. But there’s a promise here: that pain isn’t pointless. Over time, it produces something beautiful, “the peaceable fruit of righteousness.” This fruit represents a deeper character, inner peace, and alignment with God’s ways, but only for those who allow themselves to be “exercised” by it, meaning they learn and grow through the experience rather than resisting it. Think about times in your life when hardship led to personal growth; this verse encourages us to trust God’s process, knowing the end result is worth the struggle. Today’s Application: Today, reflect on a current challenge or past difficulty. Ask yourself, how might God be using this to shape me? Instead of avoiding discomfort, lean into it with faith, seeking lessons that build righteousness. Share your thoughts with a trusted friend or journal them to track your growth. Today’s Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me enough to discipline me. Help me endure the grievous moments with hope, knowing they lead to Your peaceable fruit. Strengthen me to be exercised by Your guidance, and let righteousness bloom in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

February 10, 2026 Building Hope Through Trials Scripture: Romans 5:3-4 (KJV) “And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope.” Today’s Reflection In the midst of life’s challenges, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or discouraged. Yet, the Apostle Paul reminds us in Romans that we can actually “glory” in our tribulations, not because suffering is enjoyable, but because it serves a divine purpose. Tribulation, or hardship, isn’t wasted; it produces patience, teaching us to endure with steadfastness. That patience then forges experience, giving us wisdom and resilience from lessons learned. Ultimately, this chain leads to hope, a confident expectation in God’s faithfulness that sustains us through any storm. Consider a time when a difficulty in your life built your character. Maybe a job loss taught you perseverance, or a health struggle deepened your trust in God. These verses encourage us to shift our perspective: instead of resenting trials, we can embrace them as opportunities for growth, knowing they refine us and draw us closer to the unshakeable hope found in Christ. Today’s Application Today, identify one current challenge and thank God for how it might be shaping you. Practice patience in a small way, like waiting calmly in traffic or responding kindly in a frustrating conversation. Let this build your experience and renew your hope. Today’s Prayer Heavenly Father, thank You for the promise in Your Word that our tribulations are not in vain. Help me to glory in them, knowing they produce patience, experience, and hope. Strengthen my faith today, and remind me of Your presence in every trial. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
