(1) Once again on my walk to Karate School this morning I listened to Jonathan Evans/Dr. Tony Evans Son who is now a Minister, a very good one too. Sermon Beyond the Hype. (2) Finances I do mostly through my phone, however there will be much to do this Saturday once I arrive back home in my real home 🏠 (3) Fitness this is an easy one for me as fitness is second after I shower and brush my teeth Uniform on and stretching followed by a multitude of punches Kicks, sequences and many Katas/Forms in many directions. I prefer working with my body weight, however this morning classes were Kata training with light weights in both hands. (4) Family is everyday no matter where I am. Also Facebook Family/Groups that I have been posting Scriptures with interpretations for 7 years now. (5)Foundation Not sure if this is correct but my foundation is anything but week as I continue to learn and build not only my body but my entire being.

Overthinking is equivalent to practically anything in this life Example: (1) Over-Eating Cause & Effect Weight Gain and the more a person eats the more the person eats. Less food is better, however Healthy Diet is imperative for focus, weight and Energy Exactly (2) Over-Training Body-Work Can cause a multitude of not only pain but possible injury Example (3) Over-Thinking does not solve a problem or create a solution for a problem. What Overthinking does do is make you think more about a multitude of problems and allow yourself to not be able to create in a positive state of mind… That’s where Healthy Foods and Exercise Daily creates a momentum of choice problem solutions.. Wow 🤩 I did I just write this ?✍️ Stop Over-Thinking Stop Over-Reacting Stop Over-Reaching (there is only you) Stop Being a Negative Nelly Stop 🛑 Start-Over Before Time Escapes Again 👈

The Lord put this verse on my heart a few years and it still holds true, even after all I’ve experienced this last couple of years. More than ever before, God wants you to expect Him to do great things in you and through you. And I want to encourage you to have a brave, bold, confident faith in Christ to step out and do whatever He calls you to do, especially when you don’t understand everything He’s doing. It’s easy to say, “All things are possible with God,” but that doesn’t mean we can just sit back and do nothing while we watch God do a miracle. We are partners with God. Our part is to believe what He says and do anything He asks us to do to cooperate with His plan. God’s part is to do what you cannot do. James 4:2 says, …You do not have because you do not ask God (NIV). God wants you to be confident that you can come to Him to meet your needs and give you the desires of your heart, according to His will (See Psalm 37:4). If you ask in faith, God hears you and He will give you what is best for you. But as you wait on Him, you must resist the temptation to become lazy in your faith. Hebrews 6:12 says that you’ll inherit all of God’s promises through faith and patience. So no matter how long it takes for your dreams and desires to be fulfilled, be determined to trust God and pass the test of faith!
