Shipping Fees
Hello Team. I am looking to add Shipping to a clients order form on a site that sells their book. I reached out the the High Level support team but they could not give me a solution to make the shipping appear on the order... Does anyone have a solution for this?

I believe yes, but only if it’s set up through eCommerce products/order forms. Check Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery and make sure the order form has the shipping field enabled. Otherwise, a workaround is adding shipping into the product price or as an extra fee or flat rate.

The AHA Moment That Changed How I Look at Sales Funnels
I had an unexpected AHA moment recently as we stepped into a new season of the business. I always thought a sales funnel was about pushing people forward. Turns out, the real shift was realizing it’s more like installing street signs on a road people were already walking. Before the funnel, my business felt seasonal in the stressful way—busy spikes, quiet gaps, lots of hoping. I was showing up, creating value, talking to people… but most visitors didn’t know where to go next. Neither did I, honestly. Working with a certified funnel expert (trained under a widely trusted funnel framework) changed that perspective completely. Instead of adding more offers or noise, we mapped the natural questions someone has at each stage—and answered them in order. That’s when things clicked: - People didn’t need more convincing - They needed clarity and timing - The funnel became a calm guide, not a loud salesperson 📈 What surprised me most? The funnel didn’t just help conversions—it helped decision-making on my end. I now know what to focus on in each season, and what to ignore without guilt. If you’re building a business and feel like your efforts aren’t stacking the way they should, it might not be about working harder—it might be about building a clearer path. Demo meeting leads to 2 Opportunities (TWICE)
So it has happened twice in the past week or so. I met with a prospective client partner to share a little demo on how AI & DBR can work. And, when I showed it to them, they asked me "Hey, would this work for my other business?" Hmmm🤔, tell me about your "other" business. First one was a water purification🚰 business. In talking to the guy who currently sets the leads for the sales team, he asked me if I thought this would work for his container sales business. The second time it happed was a construction👷 company. In talking to the sales director, he asked me if I thought this would work for his health and wellness business. So, the simple takeaway... Just go through your contact list, find any business owners you might have had some contact with before... invite them to coffe and share DBR!

DBR Success #1
Hey Robb - you and Bryce ROCK! This week's DBR Challenge Workshop has been such a help for me! On Day 1 you got me so stoked to take imperfect action that I sent out manual texts to a few gyms that I knew I could help with the DBR and immediately got one meeting booked. Met with them that night and haven't closed - but they were SO excited to talk to their 3rd business partner and get the ball rolling - not only with DBR but with my AI employee as well! Thanks for giving us the tools to make it so easy that I had the confidence to JUST FREAKING DO IT!!!
