My family spent a month in Ohio this summer while our property management company kept growing and stayed extremely profitable without me behind a desk That is not luck. WE have built the systems and the resident relationships that run efficiently HousingWire reported that 74 percent of women in real estate joined the industry after having kids. Property management is one of the few paths where you can build real income and still be present at home. I recently moved to Clearwater, Florida from Virginia and have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a while. I figured anyway to get in the door is good and property management is something a lot of places will need, so that would be something I am very interested in. I feel like it could help me take care of my kids better and have plenty of time for them. I've done a little bit of everything from electric, plumbing, roofing, siding, construction, tree and landscaping, and more. So I feel like I have a wide range of experience for this kind of work.
