Hey everyone, A little while ago a company named ListedKit AI reached out to me to try out their new AI tool. It essentially was a document analyzer that would review your real estate contracts and extract key information to create you a checklist. Since then, they have added a ton of features, like the ability to store and track your transactions, Gmail and Calendar integrations, and an AI that you can communicate with to act like your personal transaction coordinator. On top of that, they have a ton of features in the works, which will continue to improve the tool (including a mobile version). I wanted to share it with you all, as I really think this is going to be a key tool that Realtors should be using in the coming months.
