Started slow and was able to comfortably maintain my pace. Started feeling fatigued around mile 10-11. Felt great after but do notice left knee soreness later in the evening.
@Josiah Torres I appreciate it ๐ I was, I took your recommendation with the Honey Stinger gels. Between those and the Gu's they were handing out, I averaged 1 pack per 30 minutes
Went into this 5K expecting a PR and got it, but it took more out of me than I thought. Started a bit too fast and felt it later. Thought Iโd get a better time with less effort, pacing needs work.
