Hello everyone, I’m supporting a client who recently applied for a personal loan with SoFi, which is usually seen as one of the easier lenders to work with. Unfortunately, the application was denied, and although an explanation letter was sent, the reasons provided were not entirely clear. I handle credit repair and have already reviewed several aspects of the client’s profile, but I’m still unsure why this rejection happened. I would greatly appreciate advice from those of you who may have seen similar cases. What factors do you think could have led to this outcome, and what steps would you recommend we take to improve the client’s chances for approval on future applications?
