Let’s talk about Constipation! 💩
Yep. We’re going there. Because if you’re taking a GLP-1, your bathroom habits may suddenly become a group project. 😂 Constipation is when your bowel movements become less frequent, hard, dry, or difficult to pass. GLP-1s slow down digestion—and when food moves more slowly through your system, everything else can move more slowly too. Add less food, not enough fiber, or too little water, and your intestines may decide to take an extended vacation. 🏝️ The biggest help for me? MAGNESIUM! Certain forms of magnesium—especially magnesium citrate—help pull water into the intestines, which can soften stool and help get things moving. I take 1-2 capsules of magnesium every night to help keep myself regular. If my system hasn’t “worked” for two days, I take four capsules of my specific magnesium product, along with TWO LARGE CUPS of water. The water is VERY important! 💦 HERE'S LINKS TO MY FAVORITE MAGNESIUM PRODUCTS: Mag07 - Oxy-Tone - Magnesium Citrate Then, let’s just say…magic usually happens the next morning, and my stomach thanks me. ✨😂 Please remember: Magnesium products come in different forms and strengths, so four capsules of mine may not equal four of yours. Follow the label—especially if you have kidney problems or take medications. And... PLEASE don’t wait too long to address constipation! Now tell me: What helps keep things moving for you? 💩

What peptides or products are you interested in? 👀
We’re looking to add some new goodies to the GLP-1 LAB Store—and I want your input! Is there something you use regularly, have been wanting to try, or wish we carried? It could be a peptide, supplement, vitamin, protein product…whatever! I’ve included a few ideas, but don’t let my list boss you around. 😂 Tell me what YOU want! My goal is to find the products you’re already buying—or wishing you could buy—and make them great quality & available at an affordable group price. Drop your ideas below! What should we add to the store? ⬇️

Injectable L-carnitine!
Lipo-C Burn
Are you feeling a burn when you inject Lipo-C? In my experience it's worth the pain but there are a few things you can do to minimize the sensation. The upper side of the outer leg for me is the best injection spot. Icing the area before and after injection will help a lot, the burn goes away quickly. I typically do half the syringe in one leg and the other half in the other leg to even out the burn😄

@Diane Shephard I am still doing this 4 or 5 times a week 50-100 units per injection. Deltoids have worked for me, glutes and thighs. I rotate because injection area stays sore for a couple of days for me. I’ve started using 28 gauge 1/2 inch (bigger/longer needle) because Lipo c is a thicker solution and IM works better for me than subQ. I’m gonna start using the ice before and after injections to see if that helps with the sting and the bruising. In the future I don’t think I’ll use Lipo C just because from what I’m learning the most beneficial aspect of Lipo c is actually the L-carnitine so I’ll be switching to just injectable L-carnitine once my Lipo c is used up. If you start offering that I’ll definitely be a consistent buyer because it would be something I would inject multiple times a week on a consistent basis.

@Diane Shephard it’s actually not about the pain. I kind of like it in a weird way lol. L-carnitine is supposed to be the same type of experience as Lipo c (stinging injection and causing lumps) and as far as bang for buck one of the more effective things to inject daily. I think Lipo c is helping but I thing L-carnitine will be better for what I need. No pain no gain!
🔥 BIG PRICE DROP! 🔥
Curious about 5-Amino-1MQ? It’s a research compound being studied for its potential role in: - Supporting metabolic function - Reducing fat production and storage - Improving insulin sensitivity - Supporting healthy body composition It works by inhibiting an enzyme called NNMT, which is involved in cellular energy and fat metabolism. Research is still early and has primarily involved cells and animals—not clinical human trials. And now for the really fun news… The price used to be $55—but we’ve lowered it to just $31.50! 🎉

Nice! I’ve heard this one works great in tandem with NAD+ and Mot-c. There’s even a blend of the three that you can buy on other research websites.

@Diane Shephard I don’t know what it’s called but I know it’s 10mg 5-Amino 1MQ, 10mg MOT-C, and 100mg NAD+. Or anything in that ratio. It’s being researched for short-term fatigue like after a tough bout of sickness or after a lot of stress.
Did you get a FAT BLASTER Lipo-C?
The classroom and the Peptide Protocol Guide have both been updated with the Fat Blaster suggested protocol and usage. :).

@Ann Barron from what I’m learning the main ingredient in it is L-Carnitine and that is great to pair with almost anything you’re on and you almost can’t take it too much. I’ve read that some people will inject it pre workout and even more than once a day. It’s also the thing that stings the most. For me it has been better to inject intramuscularly instead of subcutaneously. I still get the sting but there’s less of a welt leftover. If you have a massage gun or something like that it will help it to not leave a knot at the injection site. I’ve been doing 100 mL and other than the sting and the knot it’s been good. Hope this helps!

@Jennifer Lyons I read that some people inject it pre workout so I injected it in my left thigh right before a morning run and by the afternoon that thigh was more sore than I’ve ever felt any muscle. I was pretty much incapacitated for the rest of the day lol. I’ve heard that if you mix it with taurine BAC water that it can really tone down the sting. Not sure where to get that, though… This one is a doozy!
