When to progress within rep ranges
Help please - rep ranges I understand that to find the perfect progression/weight for me i do the maximum until reps until I fall within the specified range, but after do you just build all sets to the bigger range and make it harder and build again?

@Mihhail Popov I understand this, the bit I'm sure about is how to apply across all sets. Using your example i get it these numbers 14,12,10 Should I keep the first set at 14 next workout and just try to get the other sets to 14 aswell and then add 22kg for example?
