It is actually setting up this group, having Chris as my first official member 🥳 and spending all day today learning about meta ads, then creating a few and now Jonny just signed up. 🙏 @Christoper here is the ad video below, where I also mention you :) If you guys are curious about my somatic/non-reactivity related wins for the week: well the cross fit training we did on Tuesday was an absolute killer, being on my red week as a woman I felt how I was so much weaker, could not lift the usual weights, but my gym buddy kept pushing me (she is 15 yrs younger and more trained and a badass)...I finally completed the whole training program, had to stop a few times to make sure I was not gonna throw up. When my heart rate is that high up, it is so difficult to stay aware of anything other than pure survival, and fighting my own mental battles...I wish I started any form of trainings 20 yrs earlier...it would have cured my depression sooner, it would have brought me confidence and it could have taught me earlier how to stay in discomfort... Also, I got my first own (soft) kettlebell from Decathlon today and have done a few exercises texting this giant to see how it can lead me down the path of discomfort...
