With deep gratitude, I feel called to share who I am and why I am here… I am Jonni Fox, founder of Sacred Souls RESET in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My journey into this work was not just inspired… it was ignited through profound loss, love, and awakening. My son was deeply devoted to consciousness, frequency, meditation, and the teachings of love. Long before many of us were ready to understand, he was already living at the edge of something greater, studying Buddhism, Hinduism, and the deeper truths of our existence, while quietly holding space for others through his meditation center in Calgary over 20 years ago. When he transitioned to the spirit world, what remained was not just grief… but a very clear message: • This must be carried forward • This wisdom must be shared • Love must be brought to the forefront It will be two years this May since his passing, and I feel his presence more than ever. The veil feels very thin. I truly believe he, and his soul family, are guiding and supporting us, placing feathers in our wings as we rise. Through Sacred Souls RESET, I am now curating and co-creating experiences that bring people back into connection with themselves, with each other, and with the truth that we are, at our core, love. We gather through sound, frequency, breath, movement, and community, from men’s and women’s circles to sound journeys, gong baths, and conscious experiences at Yoga & Beyond in Calgary. I am deeply grateful to Pavel and Ferry of Noah Aeon for standing at the forefront of this movement, and for igniting something many of us have felt our entire lives, a knowing that a more connected, loving world is possible. Something we have longed for… without always knowing how we would bring it to life. And now, here we are. It is an honour to fly beside you as this movement takes flight. When we come together like this, it becomes so clear… our world is not separate. We are ONE 🤍 Whatever we can truly see and imagine, we are now creating into being.

From Goals to Coherence - The Ultimate Guide To Earth 2.0 Manifestation
Read this before downloading the files...... Most people have been taught that manifestation is about setting goals, visualizing outcomes, and trying harder. That approach works sometimes…but often at a cost: Burnout Inconsistency Self-doubt Or success that doesn’t last. Here in Earth 2.0, we are doing something different. We are not teaching manifestation as wishful thinking or pressure-driven goal chasing. We are teaching manifestation as coherence. Why coherence matters more than goals Your nervous system decides what is safe to hold. If your body does not feel safe with expansion, no amount of affirmations or visualization will create lasting results. This is why so many people: - start strong and fade - feel blocked even when they “know what to do” - attract success and then collapse afterward Manifestation responds faster to coherence than desire. Coherence means alignment between: - body - nervous system - identity - behavior - environment - values - contribution When those are aligned, outcomes stop feeling forced and start becoming inevitable. What 60 days in total darkness thought me about life
Hello beautiful friends I just got out of my sixth Dark Room experience in the middle of Thailand. I’m sitting on a porch of this beautiful café, sipping on a beautiful green tea thinking about you the world and how we can amplify each other.
