🚨 Contractors Using JobTread 🚨
If you’re using JobTread, but still find yourself: • Guessing when invoices should go out • Finishing work before the next payment is due • Not sure how to split payments across phases • Chasing customers for progress payments • Wondering why the bank account feels tight even though jobs are coming in Then this training is for you. In this live session, we’ll show contractors how to: ✔ Build a Cash Flow Calendar for every project ✔ Create payment schedules tied to job milestones ✔ Set deposits that actually cover materials ✔ Schedule invoices inside JobTread ✔ Predict revenue across active jobs ✔ Reduce awkward payment conversations ✔ Stop jobs from draining cash This is one of the most overlooked systems contractors need in JobTread. Tomorrow at 3 pm ET, we’re breaking down how contractors use a Cash Flow Calendar inside JobTread, so invoices go out at the right time, and revenue becomes predictable. Quick question: How are you currently scheduling payment milestones on your jobs?

I have always done a draw schedule with payments at completion points. I break It up into multiple draws even in jobs under $10k. I have been caught with a phase not advancing because of some issue that held up other draws. Now we’re able to jump to another phase, as long as the project will allow, and continue to complete stages of the job and get paid for those. If I did half up front and half at final I could be waiting a long time to get anymore money. Thanks Jay!

If you're still hearing “we need to think about it”? .. this one is for you
Alright — let’s talk real here: How many times in the last month have you heard: “We just need some time…” And deep down, you knew that meant they were calling cheaper contractors? Most homeowners don’t say no. They stall. They shop. They disappear. Which usually means 👉 your offer didn’t make the decision easy. Tomorrow we’re going live to fix that. We’ll show how to build an offer that: ✔ removes hesitation ✔ reduces comparison shopping ✔ justifies your price ✔ makes YES feel safe 🔥 Live Tomorrow at 3 PM ET — Don’t miss it! Question for you: 👉 What happens most after you send an estimate?

I’d say it’s 50/50 on acceptance versus pushback
You're doing great work but lacking reviews? Tomorrow's training is for you!
Let’s talk real for a second 👀 You finish a job. The customer is thrilled. Then… nothing. No review. Tomorrow, I’m breaking down how contractors get 5-star reviews on autopilot, without begging, chasing, or bribing. You’ll learn how reviews actually lead to: • Higher Google rankings • Trust before the phone rings • Fewer price shoppers • Easier sales conversations • Premium positioning • Social proof that sells for you • Consistent review flow • More booked jobs without more leads 🔧 📅 Mark your calendar — Thursday at 3 PM ET ❓ Question for the group: What’s been your biggest struggle with getting reviews: asking, timing, or consistency? Drop it in the comments 👇
