It appears all the accounts I reported in this video are either bots or fake accounts. These accounts have completely overwhelmed the 7 day leader board. Thankfully one of the accounts has been suspended from Skool. The comments should be programmatically filtered. I have personally observed live suspect accounts creating multiple single letter comments or one word comments like "hi". The admins for each Skool community could opt to block single letter comments or comments that match various patterns. How are these accounts getting to level six with little to no documented likes or comment? I have previously posted about a web of trust circle of trust solution as well.

I’m just started currently using Propwire to pull my motivated seller leads, and I’m also going threw an a financial hardship at the moment so I’m going the cheap route..but I wanted to get some feedback from those of you who’ve tried it too. Is Propwire a good source for pulling leads, or do you recommend something better? I’m open to suggestions on what’s working best for you — whether that’s for vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, or high equity lists. Appreciate any advice you guys can share!
