Part way into improving my breakfast habit, which has been simply to eat it, I have decided to pause, maintain and add in exercise because I felt amazing after my morning ruck yesterday! I'm new to it, so building my aerobic base through it and going once a week. This is actually all in an attempt to sleep better. I was doing sunlight walks before it got too cold out, so I took my vitamin D this morning gotta rebuild the sunlight habit so I'll be keeping that vitamin in all week
