Decluttering life before Feb 17
We’re moving from the Serpent energy into the Fiery Horse — and this shift is real. The Serpent asked us to go inward, reflect, shed old skins, and get clear. The Fiery Horse doesn’t wait. It moves. Fast. 🔥🐎 That’s why the next three weeks matter so much. Before this new energetic year really kicks in in February 17th, we have a chance to declutter our lives — not just our homes, but our emotions, commitments, and energy. Manifestation needs space. What we keep carrying is often what keeps things delayed. So here’s a simple 12D Decluttering Challenge: Week 1 – 👚 Physical --> Clear one space per day that represents an old version of you. A drawer, a shelf, a folder, your phone. Week 2 – 💞 Emotional --> Notice one story, resentment, or expectation you’re ready to release. Write it. Acknowledge it. Burn it. Let it go. Do it once per day. Week 3 – 💬 Energetic --> Cut one energetic cord: a habit, obligation, a paradigm or “I should” that drains you. Choose differently. Repeat to yourself during the whole day that you choose to be... (fill it with your new choices). That’s it. One simple action a day, clears the old you away! The Fiery Horse rewards clarity, courage, and movement. Let’s enter this year lighter — and finally kick off the manifestations we’ve been postponing. Ready to clear space and move forward together? If you are ready to commit to your change using this powelful energy shift, post a photo of your decluttering process below during the next 3 weeks. No explanations needed. *A little bit of Mary Kondo's inspiration below.

I love the idea! I didn’t know the New Year changes on February 17th, so I’ll work on these ideas every week. Thank you for sharing—they really resonate with me. This is exactly what I want to do.
The path is more important than the destiny
Earlier today when we were travelling to the beach, I was reflecting on how much we focus on and get excited about the destination that we miss the beautiful things that happen on the way there. If you are focusing so much on the person you want to become, I invite you to pause for a moment, take a breath and appreciate where you are right now. Appreciate all the bumps, detours and delays of your path. They are all supporting you in your transformation. A simple act of gratitude make your ride much more enjoyable! Share here your gratitude!

I completely agree with you all. It's essential to remain aware of the process, as we are constantly learning and growing. Dedicating time each day to express gratitude is a meaningful and effective way to support our personal transformation.
Everyday is a day to be grateful!
And today specially is a day that Pedro and I celebrate: it’s our 17th relationship anniversary. I truly remember that day as it was yesterday. Our marriage, 3 kids, moving countries and many learnings later, here we are opening up all the things that brought us to this point. Delight is the 10th D in our 12D Life wheel. It is an essential step to live the life you dream of. Being grateful is telling the universe: “Please send me more of this!” We both have a daily routine of writing our gratitude for the day - some that we already have, and some that we still don’t have, but we act as we do. Also, we have a family moment every night before going to bed where we say a prayer and each of us, in their own capacity, say things that they are thankful for during that day. Gratitude is the fastest way to improve your energy and doing it with other people amplifies it. That’s why I also would like to celebrate with you that our 12D life passed the 20 members mark! Uhullll!!! Yey!!! 🎉🥳👏🏻🎊🙌🏻 I’m so thankful for each of you that trusted that jumping inside a community that you didn’t even understand the name would be a good thing. I wholeheartedly hope that you can learn something and have some fun with our posts, discussions and studies. So to KEEP THE GRATITUDE FLOWING, comment👇 below something you are grateful for in your life today! - Picture of an emotional moment: Pedro and I saying goodbye to our cozy house in Canada, celebrating what we lived there and being grateful for having the opportunity to live the life we wished for. Just a reminder that celebration comes in different ways and shapes.

I’m so happy and grateful now that I’ve connected with you all, and that we can share our experiences and learn from one another.
Win your morning, win your day!
WHY IS MORNING ROUTINE SO IMPORTANT? First, because it sets your body and mind for the rest of the day. Your mind will respond differently to different stimulus. Science is proving that checking your cellphone right after waking up disrupts your brains natural waking process, triggers stress response and can negatively affect your mood, focus and productivity throughout the day. That’s why I put my phone to charge in the living room and I have a small alarm clock and one of the old versions of mp3 players beside my bed. I know, not convenient as I have to upload all that I want to hear there, but much healthier than having EMF buzzing inside my head the whole night long. Second, because you will feel a sense of accomplishment even before you start working and being productive. Third reason: a morning routine made with intention is self-care and self-love. And we need to care for and love ourselves to be able to reach anything worthy in life. After the years, I have been adjusting my morning routine according to my needs. ————— MY MORNING ROUTINE Now it looks like this: When my alarm rings, I grab my mp3 player and listen to some meditation (I haver some Joe Dispenza’s and some that I made up and recorded myself. Let me know if you would like me to share them) and/or my recorded affirmations/goals (it varies everyday). Then I wake up, change clothes, wash my face, brush my teeth, face massage to improve circulation in my head and elasticity to my skin, look in my eyes and say how much I love myself just the way I am. Remember this quote from Parker Palmer: “self-care is never a selfish act.” When I go to the living room I like to start with movement, otherwise I might get back to sleeping mode if I sit down to write right away. It helps me to focus. So I do some exercise and energy medicine work*. Only after a big cup of water + lemon juice, relaxing my eyesight by looking outside to the sunrise and doing some eye exercises** I sit down to journal.
Win your morning, win your day!

Good morning, routine! I’ll explore the eye exercise that you mentioned here; I’m not familiar with it.

This space is open for you. Use today to share: - A dream you are holding - Something you are currently working on - Or something you wish to learn, create, or experience This is a place where we support each other with ideas, reflections, encouragement, or simply by cheering one another on. Remember: expressing your dreams in a safe and supportive environment is already a step toward materializing them. When you name them, you allow movement to begin—and you open the door for the energy, insights, and support of others to gently help you to walk your path. No pressure. No perfection. Just the first thing that came to your mind with honesty, presence, and openness. ✨ What would you like support with today?

Right now, I’m working on creating a new business to help companies improve their performance through strategy, technology, and AI. The idea is to apply mindset shifts that lead to the outcomes they want and help solve the problems they’re currently facing. At the moment, I’m developing the business model and the frameworks I’ll use to support clients. I’m also testing technologies and AI tools that will enable me to serve them more effectively. I'm having meetings with potential clients to understand their current needs and to present value propositions with possible solutions they can implement. My daily challenge is to take two actions that move me closer to making this idea a reality. I go to bed at 9:30 p.m., wake up at 5:00 a.m., and complete my morning routine before heading to the office. I usually work on this business idea after dinner, between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m.

I am currently experiencing the same struggle with my energy levels. I work in the evenings after dinner, and I am usually very tired. Therefore, I am seriously considering adjusting my routine during the winter by going to sleep at 8 p.m. and waking up at 4 a.m., so that I can carry out this practice in the morning rather than at night.

Confusion pushed me into Self-Dev. Learning to clear my mind, build strong habits, and live with purpose changed my life and now drives my mission
