The three phases to get your offer cranking 2K days
I was working away and checked Stripe and found we hit 2K in sales today! Great when we see this happen. But it's important to make sure you engineer the offer the right way in order to make it happen. There's three phases to do this. Vision This is your idea of the offer and the most important part. The thing I'm doing here is looking at the market to figure out what they're buying right now and then playing with how I can create a better offer. Often times "better" is not bigger. It's faster, easier, newer. Example: Everyone was saying "get 100+ buyers per day and 30 clients per month." Very unbelievable for a lot of people. So I said, "Get your first three buyers in 72 hours." Took off like a rocket. Validation This is where we come up with our North Star Promise based on our vision and validate our idea. Validation in my mind is when you're getting consistently three buyers per day. The mistake is moving on to velocity too soon. Here I would simply just have the core product plus one or two order bumps and wouldn't worry about upsells until I have at least three buyers a day. Then once you hit that you move on to: Velocity This is where you're focused on not only increasing the volume of buyers, but increasing the amount each buyer gives you. The way to scale is to be able to spend the most to acquire a buyer. Which is why your goal here is always increasing your average order value... ...and backend conversion rates. Once in Velocity it's a lot of toggling, playing and testing to get it to where you want to get to. And also knowing the easiest way to get there. Which is why I'm not only going to show you what works well, but also just give you the Claude skills so that Claude can do most of it for you with SWYS 2.0. All the details are here if you want to join us at the end of the month and save 180+ by getting the "presale" price. Zac

@Zac Hansen I'm in! Anything relevant that we can look at in the classroom (while we wait) for then ascending those buyers into higher ticket offers or continuity programs?

Validating Offer Ideas
Just wondering if there's a course I can buy in the classroom that talks to validating new offers quickly without building them out fully? Would the best approach be to run a live workshop on a topic? Happy to spend some money running some Meta Ads to something to validate.
Best Place?
Hey all, just joined the group. It looks like thereโ€™s many great resources available to buy but just wondering where to startโ€ฆ For context - we have a coaching program thatโ€™s $2900/year or they can pay $299/month (no monthly commitment). This also includes a white labelled GHL. However, this year we launched a 24/7 AI Virtual Coach that we built from scratch. Its purpose is to help them get stuff done because we noticed when we researched that we were spending all this time creating training, only for them not to actually watch the training and implement it! Everyone is loving the coach so far. It talks to them if they want and helps them do things like write their Facebook ads, create their website copy, write the social media posts, create their avatar etc. Everyone in our market seems to struggle most with bookings, so I put together a 30 minute case study VSL where we show how we helped a client get to โ‚ฌ1m revenue in 2025 using our ads system. And basically it talks about how she paid us $8k for an in person visit but we canโ€™t do that for everyone so we created the coach etc. Running ads to a simple optin collecting name, email, phone. Have 72+ leads, CPL about $10. After the VSL the CTA is to apply to join. Have had around 14 applications or so - the Cost per app is around $50. 1 person joined, the rest have ghosted on follow up. What Iโ€™ve noticed too is people were just opting in and then applying 2 minutes later so no way they consumed the VSL. In my head Iโ€™m trying to think of ways to reduce friction and maybe focus on the transformation the coach brings directly as they all seem to love software too. So considering a โ€œ7 days for $7โ€ trial offer, they book their onboarding call to activate their trial and then we just to activate them on that call with an incentive - like $200 off your first month. Weโ€™re currently averaging around $48k/month revenue but weโ€™re running in person workshops in March which has driven the vast majority of that. The membership we have around $17k/month recurring revenue. We want to get this to $50k/month recurring ASAP and then to $100k.

@Zac Hansen Went to jump on the VIP Tier but you have some messaging that suggests not to on there now. You making some updates? Any 1-on-1 calls options? ๐Ÿ‘€
