🐾 How to Choose the Right Staff for Your Pet Business 🐾
Recruiting isn’t just about filling a position — it’s about finding people who genuinely fit your business 💛 In pet care especially, the wrong person can completely change the energy of your team (and the dogs will pick up on it instantly!). Here are a few tips I’ve learned from experience 👇 💬 1️⃣ Look for attitude over experience You can train skills, but you can’t teach kindness, common sense, or work ethic. I’d always rather hire someone who’s eager to learn and genuinely loves dogs than someone who’s “done it all before” but won’t follow your way of working. 🐾 2️⃣ Watch how they interact with animals You can tell a lot from body language. Do they move calmly and confidently? Are they gentle but firm? The best handlers connect with dogs naturally, not forcefully. 🧽 3️⃣ Ask about the “boring bits” Everyone loves the fun side of pet care, but make sure they’re realistic about the cleaning, weather, and early starts. People who say, “I don’t mind getting dirty” usually last the longest 😅 🤝 4️⃣ Trust your gut If something feels off — it usually is. You can sense when someone’s energy doesn’t fit your culture. Don’t ignore that instinct. 🌟 5️⃣ Hire for who they’ll become, not just who they are A great hire is someone who grows with your business. Ask yourself: Will this person still be a good fit six months from now? I’d love to hear how you guys do it - feel free to share your own tips below!

Success
I’m a 25-year-old from UK. I struggled to support myself and my little sibling first earning $1,000 a month as a restaurant attendant, then $3,000 at an oil company. A friend introduced me to Shopify drop shipping, and starting with just $500, I made $4,000 on my first payout. I kept reinvesting, and over time my income grew dramatically. If you want to know how I got started or learn more about online business, feel free to ask. you can also message me on telegram @Coolguy336

@Charlotta John That’s such an inspiring mindset! Stepping out of your comfort zone is where real growth happens and creating your “Starter Kit” mini course is a huge step forward! Speaking in English might feel scary now, but with every video, your confidence will grow. The fact that you’re doing it yourself makes it so authentic and powerful. You’ve got this your community will love learning from you! And if you’re looking for one side hustle that can actually help you create consistent income, Shopify dropshipping is a great option. It allows you to build your own online store, sell products without holding inventory, and reach customers all over the world. Keep us posted on your progress and share when your “Starter Kit” is ready we can’t wait to cheer you on and check it out!
💥 Let’s Talk About Struggles 💥
We all love to celebrate the wins - the bookings that fly in, the happy clients, the moments where everything clicks. But the truth is… growth doesn’t happen there. Growth happens in the messy middle. 👉 In the moments you question if you’re good enough. 👉 When the plan doesn’t work the first (or fifth) time. 👉 When you’re exhausted but you show up anyway. Struggles aren’t a sign you’re failing, they’re proof you’re trying. Every successful person you admire has faced doubt, setbacks, rejection and frustration. The difference is, they didn’t stop there. 💡 Each obstacle you overcome builds strength you’ll need for the next chapter. 💡 Each challenge teaches you something that success never could. So if things feel hard right now, remember: you’re not behind - you’re becoming. Keep going. 👊 What’s one struggle you’re currently working through that you’d be brave enough to share below? Let’s support each other through it. 💛 I’ll start! - I’m currently struggling with staffing issues and so we’ve decided to employ a full time dog trainer to join our team! I’ll be creating a job post very soon and this should alleviate the staffing issues we currently face and also bring in a new service offering for our clients!

@Charlotta John I completely understand where you’re coming from. It’s never easy to close a chapter that holds so many good memories and connections especially when it involves people and dogs you care about. ❤️ But recognizing that it’s time to grow and focus on your online business shows so much courage and clarity. Change can feel hard, but it also opens up amazing new opportunities. You’ve got this and those experiences will only make your next chapter even more meaningful! If you ever need support or want to connect with others on the same journey, reach out let’s grow and build our online success together!
