Is anyone else being driven mad by the constant stream of little things that need replacing in their business? 😩
It honestly feels like every single day something else is broken, missing, worn out or needs topping up:
🧽 another sponge
🧺 more towels
🧼 cleaning bits
🛠️ something snaps or stops working
🌀 washing machine issues
🪣 squeegees, mops, cloths… again
Individually they’re tiny costs. But when it’s happening daily, it’s exhausting financially and mentally.
It’s not even the money half the time… it’s the relentlessness of it. Like you can’t get ahead because there’s always one more thing to repair, replace or reorder.
Running a business really is just:
“What’s broken today?” 😂
How do you guys manage this without losing your mind?
Do you budget for it properly or just absorb it as part of the chaos?
