I need to get uncomfortable again! Our sales & marketing needs a shake up "Feed your eagles & starve your chickens" My commitment this week is to build out our sales accountability tool. I developed the program on Friday night and now just need to roll out the tool to execute it. I SUCK as a sales manager so I am building a system and tool to help me be better (AI is going to be a huge help with this).
