Incredible AM productivity stack/routine
From my own log here recently Wakeup 6am 1min Ice cold shower Fasted oral BPC-157, KPV, SLU-PP-332 on training days, fatty 15, 20g creatine, 10g L glutamine, Urolithin A, NR, R-ALA 32oz room temp water + LMNT 30min walk 3mg Zyn pouch (nicotine), 20g exogenous ketones, 0.2g psilocybin mushroom microdose. Crank out 2 hours hyper productive work and substantial uplift in mood (the mood part I largely credit to improvements in gut health, oral BPC/KPV and glutamine playing a role here) and the microdose of psilocybin.
Increasing SLU dose…bolus or split?
I’ve been running 250mcg SLU-PP-332 fasted AM 5x weekly. Taken with NR, Urolithin A, Fatty15. I’m going to be increasing my dose to 500mcg and curious if people are having more success going with a bolus dose and taking the full 500mcg AM, or splitting it 250 AM and 250 afternoon?
The Ketone Playbook: My Go-To Protocols + Live Q&A
🚀 Ketones = Game Changer. This is the thread where I’ll drop my go-to ketone protocols ⚡️ and YOU can fire away with any questions. 💬 Comment your experiences, hacks, and questions below—let’s build the ultimate ketone resource together. 👀 Webinar coming soon… stay tuned. Practical Dosing Blueprints 1.Pre-Workout Protocol (Performance & Focus) Goal: Elevate ketones, buffer acidosis, support hydration & glucose supply. - Hydration: 500–750ml water + electrolytes (sodium 500–1000mg, potassium 200–400mg). - Bicarbonate: 0.3 g/kg sodium bicarbonate (~20g for 70kg athlete), dissolved in water. Take 90–120 min before session to minimize GI upset. - Trehalose (Carbohydrate): 15–25g as slow-release carb for sustained glycogen supply. - Ketone Ester (D-BHB/1,3-BD): 15–25ml (~7–12g KE) 10–15 min pre-warmup. Effect: Dual-fuel system (glucose + BHB), reduced acidosis, enhanced mental focus . 2.Intra-Workout Endurance Protocol Goal: Sustain metabolic efficiency, prevent bonk, extend time-to-exhaustion. - Every 60 min: Trehalose or isomaltulose: 20–30g (slow carb). Ketone Ester: 10–15ml (~5–7g KE). - Optional: electrolyte top-up (sodium/potassium). Effect: Preserves glycogen, stabilizes glucose, sustains BHB 1–3 mM . 3.Post-Workout Recovery Protocol Goal: Accelerate glycogen resynthesis, repair, and inflammation control. - Protein: 20–30g whey or EAAs. - Carbs: 40–60g high-GI glucose or maltodextrin. - Ketone Ester: 20–30ml (~10–15g KE), taken 30–45 min post-exercise (separate from carb/protein drink for maximal signaling). - Trehalose: Add 10–15g if training volume is very high or glycogen depleted. Effect: 50% faster glycogen replenishment, stronger mTOR activation, reduced inflammation . 4.Sleep Recovery Protocol (Athletes) Goal: Deep recovery, improve next-day performance. - Ketone Ester: 2.5–10ml (~1–5g KE) immediately before bed. - Optional: Magnesium glycinate/threonate for additional relaxation.

Andrew, I will be utilizing my ketones first thing AM in conjunction with 250mcg SLU, 2 caps fatty15. I know in the fasted AM protocol for ketones you mention water/black coffee only. Would incorporating my typical 10g L-glutamine and LMNT packet interfere here?
Allergic reactions to MOTS-C?
I’m hearing reports of people going into anaphylactic shock from MOTS-C administration. I will be utilizing it for the first time in the upcoming week at a planned dose of 5mg 2x weekly. Any insight on these alleged reactions to the injections? Precautions to take? SubQ vs IM administration?
Direct NAD+ IV or stick with oral precursors during SLU cycle
Just started my first cycle of SLU-PP-332. Introduced at 3x weekly, 250mcg fasted AM in conjunction with cold shower, cardio, electrolytes and an NR supplement (NAD+ precursor). I have a good wellness center to get IV drips with a la carte additions. Curious if getting NAD+ in the IV, and/or any other additions like glutathione would be valuable during this cycle of SLU

@Anthony Castore noted. Had a feeling avoiding the direct NAD+ line might be what you recommended. This is why I surround myself with people smarter than myself. 1 week into my SLU protocol and feeling good. Using 5g of a high EPA fish oil as my fat source with the SLU in the AM alongside LMNT, 32oz water, oral BPC157 and KPV and 5g glutamine (gallbladder removal years back has given me gastric inflammation over the years). Feeling good!
