Efficiency
What does it mean to be efficient? I found this definition that speaks to my desire for a more focused life: Acting or producing effectively with a minimum of waste, expense, or unnecessary effort.

@Adrian Tomei I definitely hear that efficiency as the ultimate goal is essentially devoid of meaning. I don't see efficiency as being the ultimate goal, but in being in service of a goal or purpose. Really, I have been unfocused and spending time doing things that don't really serve me and feel a longing for more effortless flow.
