Introducing Skool Games
WELCOME TO THE GAMES! This is your chance to level up and get some FREE coaching 1 on 1 with us. In the past couple of group calls we have introduced the concept of REWARDS within project design. The practice of celebration after achieving milestones or completion of projects serve to motivate and inspire action in the face of resistance. To serve as both motivation and support for your declared projects, we are going to be offering free 1-on-1 coaching calls to the TOP TWO participants on the leaderboard at the end of each month. You can gain points by creating your own posts in any of the channels we have set up, and by commenting on posts started by other men. Every time your contributions are liked, you will receive one point. Reko and I will each be offering one 60 minute call each month. This means that you will have a better chance to win if you COOPERATE and COLLABORATE with other men in this space. Engaging in dialogue, and liking each others posts. You can move up the ladder in partnership, rather than competition. To Qualify you must do the following: 1. Attend both monthly group calls 2. Have your project posted in the “Project Design” channel 3. Be in the top 2 on the leaderboard at the end of the month 4. 4. Have a minimum of 25 points Engaging in the space is in service of MOVING YOUR PROJECTS FORWARD. The more you attend the group calls, the more you will have to add and contribute in support to the conversation on other posts. It is through ACTION that we can transform our lives and move towards our vision. “Desire ye what ye will, and behold, it standeth before thee. Throughout the eons it has been thine without thy knowing, e’en though thou hast but just asked for it. Sit thou not and ask, acting not, for unless thou reach out for thy desire it shall not walk thy way to thee, unaided by thy strong arms.” - The Message of the Divine Illiad We are all here to support each other to take these steps forward, and our vision is to inspire action through positive incentive. As the group continues to grow, and we publish the video content that is in production, we will continue to raise the stakes to reflect the growing commitment of the group.

Hey guys, we have updated and added a 4th requirements to win the games here. "Have a minimum of 25 points." We are setting this up as a reward and motivation to get supported and move your projects forward by engaging here. We want to reward commitment and engagement so we are setting a minimum bar to reach to qualify.

Looking for some guidance.
Hey guys! I have been in paid coaching with Manu for the last 6 months. And a lot of growth and forward momentum has helped me gain grounding…. beyond my belief and understanding. But, a lot of stubbornness and unconscious things have come up. On my end. A lot of my personal protective mechanics have been in the way of growth. On my part. I have a few ideas of where I could go. But, I keep moving goal posts. I wouldn’t normally ask.. but, I could use some support in figuring out what I could personally work on in getting the best support from my time and money spent. I would like to really internally, spiritually and practically grow beyond my limitations this year and could use some brotherly help. I feel pretty exposed and embarrassed asking. But, I have a sincere motivation for change. if any of you have energy to help id appreciate the help so I could take it back to coaching to sharpen it into change. Thanks Reid George

Acknowledging you stepping outside of your comfort zone here to ask for some support, @Reid Longphee. I see the courage, humility and leadership to speak up from shaky ground! I'll let some of the men engage with you here before I input anything. I just wanted to speak some acknowledgment here. 👊
Enrolling in the Skool games together
Hi All - As a member in the community over the past few months and participant in 1:1 Ontological coaching (@Manu Vitae & @Reko Vitae ), I felt compelled to share the shift it's created in me. Video below on my experience with 1:1 coaching + community and group call participation. The incentive of a free 1:1 coaching session is super generous and potent. If you feel even the slightest pull to jump in to participate, I highly encourage you do to so head first. Change is born on the edge - I'll see you out there!

Man, @Jonathon Dierks the ground you're taking right now is truly inspiring. I can feel the how much more tangible your project is, even in the short two months we've been doing ontology. You seem in more empowered action while simultaneously playing for a bigger vision than before! Appreciating you continuing to lean into your practice in making the videos. Great to have your face and voice in here!
Rewards 🎉
Rewards are one of the most overlooked parts of making a Project. Last call we discussed their importance and some strategies for implementing them. 1. Scale - Make the reward proportionate to the action or milestone 2. Alignement - Make the reward aligned with your project. It doesn't have to be related, but don't make your rewards break your budget if your project is to save money. 3. Incentive - If there is something that you want to buy, do, or experience, make it the reward for an action or milestone that you are aiming for. Don't PREWARD... always REWARD. Delay the gratification until after you have achieved your task or target. Lets help each other out. What are some of the rewards that you have in your project? Give us ideas and get some for yourself.

@Jonathon Dierks I'd say there's a couple ways you can use rewards. Rewards can be set up to help motivate you to accomplish actions or a milestone in the face of resistance or avoidance. (I'm going to give myself _______ reward after I finish my taxes - something most of us can likely relate to avoiding). Rewards can also be used to honor and celebrate work that has been accomplished. I would assert that the celebration is an essential part of any big efforts undertaken. I realized recently that I never consciously rewarded myself for going through massage school (something that cost me a lot financially, mentally and emotionally - it was a very painful, yet door opening experience). As per smaller rewards, I would say as often as you think helps to empower forward movement. Obviously if you had a decadent dessert everytime you respond to an email that's not going to be great. But going for a walk, playing some music, getting some bodywork, or going to a music show after a big week of getting shit done can really feed life into the work you're doing. If our projects become all "tough work" it's likely going to create a dark cloud around it adding to resistance. This is your chance to feed life and celebration into the journey. Short version, as you see fit, and to the degree that it is empowering you to move forward in your vision for the life you want.
