Look for it throughout your day. Each time you spot it, pause and notice one resource you already have: An idea. A skill. A connection. A little time. Today, practice letting something lovely land. When someone compliments you, or says something really nice about you...pause before answering. Resist the urge to explain it away and deflect it. To point out the flaw. To immediately return a compliment because receiving feels slightly awkward. Try: “Thank you. That feels lovely to hear.” or... “Thank you. I'll graciously accept that right now. ” If no compliment comes your way, revisit one you remember. The energy lesson here is to open up your field to receive. Because if you can't receive a compliment it makes it harder for the universe to deliver your desires into your reality. Give yourself a moment to believe they meant it.
