Plano not Bammel. Autocorrect and a junk KB with those stupid scissor keys make for a bad combo. Constant typos and bad autocorrect. .

More notes.... I just went through the security and compliance section. Most workflow tutorials skip this. That gap has held me back from building anything customers would pay for. In security focused industries, this topic matters. A LOT! Auditors look for where data lives, how you protect it, and where controls fail. If you miss it, you fix it later under pressure. Pointing this out early helps people think correctly from day one. Anyone building workflows without protecting customer data risks real consequences, including litigation. This goes beyond PII. • Credential storage • Access control • Backup and rollback strategy • Version testing before customer rollout You should run Dev, UAT, and Prod environments. If that sounds unfamiliar, look up SDLC and learn it. These controls sit at the core of security and compliance. Kudos for including this. An in depth follow up video would help a lot of people avoid costly mistakes.

Took me a while to get through it all but I did get through it. I only watched a lesson or two a day and took time to digest and tinker after going through it. Very well done. I did drop a post on my LinkedIn.
Massive 2026 Win
Next week I start a brand new job which pays about 50% more than my previous one. It's a lifechanging amount of money. Now I'll be able to put more towards investing each month and really start scaling the "retirement" account. How did this happen? Every week I put in the work to learn more about Data and Ai. Am I the best Data Analyst, No. Am I the best Ai Engineer, Definitely not. When you put in work week after week eventually something pays off. Every week we have a call in here, the people who show up are also getting Wins. Last week one of the people on the call @Alexander Cebulla landed his first freelance customer. 90 Euros an hour (if I remember correctly) @Alfred Alonso landed a large n8n/fb ads customer from a call and @Ryan Steggerda is probably landing his first n8n customer soon (we are working on his profile). @Alex Rodriguez also landed his first n8n customer. We have about 750 members in the group currently, and I really want to see more people on the calls and engaging. The more you put in = the more you get out of the group. Lets get a TON of wins in here for 2026.

Since a lot of companies use Teams that may be of value. I'm thinking for a human in the loop scenario or just to post to a teams chat or better yet a teams channel that something ran, complete, has errors or whatever? I have a workflow that collects latest AI news and dumps to a my personal Discord channel for me to read. But it's not human in the loop to approve or anything. perhaps that would be good value? I've seen other communities that have Telegram as a human in the loop to approve a response or send notifications to. I kind of stumbled through one that shows how to get WhatsApp connected but that was complicated and needed some backend Facebook enabling of Api's and such. Just a couple that come to mind. :)

I think all can be of use. It always comes down to what you want and need. If you just want some fun post to FB that's great. If you need a highly secure platform to monitor and watch workflow that that's probably not the right solution. I watched one a coupe months back where someone used WhatsApp as a sort of Neighborhood watch/emergency response. It was intended for ppl in very rural communities. Try remote. A person can register via WhatsApp and then take turns who gets alerted when in a certain region a person sends an alert. The person monitoring would get it in WhatsApp and it looked up registered ppl via a Google Sheets and they could get them help. Is it a replacement for 911? NO, but if you are in an African village in the middle of nowhere alerting neighbors you need help it's an addendum to that lifeline. What I took from it is look what is possible. Think outside the box for workflows and solutions and what problem can you solve for people that brings them value. So really any chat platform has it's use and value as far as where it fits in. Another solution I saw was someone had a workflow that took input from all kinds of playtofms, Processed and manipulated it, normalized the data so it all looked the same and saved to a Google Sheets used as a CRM. A person could reach out in any way it took input and if it was not recorded it added it to their record. That is something I think would be a good video. Something that takes input from say, WhatsApp. Does XYZ with it and the a new video adding telegram, then another adding email, etc. Just adding new videos that build on that initial workflow. maybe a ChatBot to interact with RAG? and it just builds and builds? something a company can buy to give employees access to something like benefits and handbook data. sk it what is my coverage from anything. If you want another one, just add it to the beginning of the workflow. :)

for what it's worth. I took a screen shoot of the Data Table node in Lesson 8, birthday deal... I asked it how to get Machs just on Day and month. Here is what is gave me (and it works great) add two conditions. 1st on it greater than or equal to and the expression is this {{ new Date(new Date().getFullYear(), new Date().getMonth(), 1).toISOString().slice(0,10) }} Then add a 2nd condition that is less than and add this expression {{ new Date(new Date().getFullYear(), new Date().getMonth() + 1, 1).toISOString().slice(0,10) }} So basically it's saying anything today or after but before tomorrow.

@Ryan Nolan It's really good. I have a c doing/scripting background and have been playing around with n98n for a couple months now, watching different tutorials so I have a grasp on some of the basics. I have lots of blind spots like deploying to a customer, support, security, things like tat. BUT, I think the course is really well done, It is broken up into small, bite size pieces that people can easily digest (IMO). So far what I have watched gives people a really good foundation that they can then go explore, build and discover more possibilities. Being an IT professional I understand 1/2 the battle in finding the info you need, how to do what you need, answers to questions, etc. is knowing how to ask the questions. This looks to me like it helps people to develop those skills. But also gives enough skills to be able to create workflows that actually do something. What I have watched I've picked up some additional knowledge. I'm looking forward to the other modules I have yet to watch further in that I am not clear on.
